Our Lady of Fatima Elementary School, an institution under the Diocese of Cape Palmas, is located in Harper, Maryland County, Liberia. The construction of the school began in 1964 and was completed in 1965. The school officially started operations in 1966 and has been serving the community for fifty-eight years.

The Fatima Learning Day-care School began operations on September 5, 2016. The first head of the school was Lunar B. Howe, who served from 2016 until 2021, when she resigned for personal reasons. The Education Secretariat then appointed Jacqueline Gibson as the current head of the school.

Our Lady of Fatima Elementary School/Day Care continues to provide quality education and care to the children of Harper, Maryland County, maintaining its commitment to academic excellence and community service.
